The Wellness House, also known as the Rooster House. Architect A. Kleman, 1910. This was the first multifunctional institution in the Baltic States. It had a sauna, a ticket office, a canteen and a kindergarten for port workers. The title of the Rooster House originated from a fountain with a rooster sculpture, which used to stand in front of the house.
